Meet Andrew & Kandyse
Andrew Carter
After a dramatic encounter with God as a teenager, Andrew felt called into the ministry with the passion to preach and teach the Gospel, and to introduce the power of the Holy Spirit to all. He attended Rhema Bible College in 2011-2013. After college, Andrew pastored a church on the West Side of Cincinnati from 2015-2020. He is currently serving as Connection's Pastor at City Hill Church since 2020, and now launching into World Missions at the leading of the Holy Spirit. Andrew is passionate about supporting ministries, churches, pastors, and people who feel a call into ministry but aren’t sure where to begin. He loves to introduce people to a relationship with Jesus, and the transformative power of the Holy Spirit in the life of the believer.
Kandyse Carter
After experiencing a series of trouble and traumatic events as a teenager, Kandyse was introduced to a relationship with Jesus, and it all took off from there. While reading the book “The Cross and The Switchblade” by David Wilkerson, she felt the Holy Spirit calling her into a ministry to Love the Unlovely. Kandyse attended Rhema Bible College in 2011-2013 and graduated from the Pastors Program, then went back in 2014-2015 and did the Evangelist Program. Kandyse has a passion for showing the love and hope of Jesus to communities of people who society chooses to ignore or look down upon. She loves to teach about the mercy and forgiveness of Jesus. Kandyse works remotely as a Project Manager for a website and marketing company, which allows her the experience to apply her skills in marketing and content creation to ministries in the UK and Abroad. "We may have a testimony, but only to show the goodness of the transformative power of Jesus, not to live in chains and bondage to the past!"
